Snoqualmie Falls, WA

We are camping less than 10 miles from these fabulous falls. Snoqualmie Falls are actually higher than Niagra Falls. There is a hydroelectric plant at Snoqualmie Falls that generates enough electricity for about 16,000 homes. What I think is amazing is that it is underground, underwater, just out of sight. This is a big tourist attraction. Lots of families come to picnic. Tomorrow, the Happy Travelers will be headed to Moses Lake, WA. So more later from your Happy Travelers enjoying the landscape and meeting some incredible folks along the way.
